How To Use

Follow these simple 3 steps.

1 CHECK_CALENDAR Confirm the date looks open.
2 FILL_FORM Add date, start/end time, location, rate, gear, and load in.
3 SUBMIT A pencilled Music event is added to my calendar and I get an email notification.

Inspect the calendar before submitting a request.

[2] Submit Booking Details

If the date looks free, complete the input fields and submit once.

note

If you want to be the admin of the calendar invite, you can always send me your own invite later. This form simply pencils in the date first so the slot is held and I do not get double booked.

Output

  1. A new timed Music event is created in my calendar.
  2. I also get an email notifying me of your booking.
  3. If anything is unclear, I follow up directly.
